En effet depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019hiver cet anticyclone revient tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur l\u2019oc\u00e9an Atlantique, s\u2019\u00e9tendant du nord des A\u00e7ores jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019Islande, nous mettant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans un flux frais venant des r\u00e9gions polaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR-BE\" xml:lang=\"FR-BE\">Si toutes les situations atmosph\u00e9riques sont possibles, donc normales, d\u00e8s qu\u2019une situation particuli\u00e8re se r\u00e9p\u00e8te ou persiste pendant un temps plus ou moins long, nous nous trouvons alors dans une situation qui s\u2019\u00e9carte de la normale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR-BE\" xml:lang=\"FR-BE\">C\u2019est cette situation qui a entrain\u00e9 un hiver relativement froid et long, il continue \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer notre temps. Nous sommes en \u00e9t\u00e9 et la longueur des jours et un bon ensoleillement que l\u2019on observe depuis la fin du mois de mai, nous donne des temp\u00e9ratures assez supportables mais certainement pas caniculaires. Dans une situation normale, une d\u00e9pression sur l\u2019Islande et un anticyclone sur les A\u00e7ores, l\u2019indice Nord Atlantique est positif. Cela donne le d\u00e9fil\u00e9 des d\u00e9pressions sur nos r\u00e9gions ou un peu plus nordique en \u00e9t\u00e9. Quand l\u2019indice devient n\u00e9gatif, on a un anticyclone sur nos r\u00e9gions ou, comme maintenant, sur l\u2019oc\u00e9an Atlantique. Les d\u00e9pressions sont d\u00e9vi\u00e9es vers le grand nord ou le bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en. Dans ce cas notre temps est perturb\u00e9 et ne correspond plus au sch\u00e9ma classique \u00e0 savoir, une succession de zone de pluie et d\u2019un temps variable avec des averses \u00e9ventuellement orageuses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR\" xml:lang=\"FR\">Malheureusement, on n\u2019en conna\u00eet pas encore assez sur les m\u00e9canismes qui influencent cet indice.
